2012 ACL

ACL Announces 2012 Line-up Austin City Limits (ACL) has announced the 2012 line-up of artists performing at the festival. Performers include the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence + The Machine, Jack White, The Black Keys, The Avett Brothers,and many more! ACL is one of Austin’s largest music festivals spanning over 3 days featuring over 130 artists and 70,000 fans per day! This year’s festival will take place October 12th-14th at Zilker Park. Ekatva tour coming to Austin

EKATVA ‘Oneness’ Tour You’re invited to be a part of an amazing dance performancethis summer! Shakespeare in the Park – ‘If music be the food of love, play on!’ Looking for a great family event in Austin? The Zilker Hillside Theater is currently running its 28th season of Shakespeare in the Park which features a Bollywood-inspired production of Twelfth Night; or What You Will. The production will run Thursdays – Sundays through May 27th and introduces new music by Austin singer/songwriter Naga Valli. Admission is free, but donations are accepted! So pack up the family and a picnic and enjoy a new twist on one of Shakespeare’s most popular romantic comedies! The show starts at 8PM so be sure to get there early to get a good spot! Austin Celebrates Cinco de Mayo - Ole!

This past weekend, Austin held its 4th annual Cinco de Mayo Block Party downtown. Streets were closed from Second Street between Guadalupe and San Antonio (Pretty close to our new office!). La Condesa prepared the menu for the street food where several cultural specialties were served! Over 5,000 people were in attendance to enjoy plenty of food and live music (this is Austin of course!) But don’t worry if you couldn’t make it downtown this weekend. The Latin festivities continue next weekend with the Pachanga Festival.
