Lakeway Dentist Volunteers at Local HVAC Dental Clinic

Local Lakeway Dentist volunteered at the HVAC (Healthcare Volunteer Associates Clinic) here in Lakeway this week. The HVAC clinic provides healthcare and dental care to those in the community who have no access to basic medical and dental treatment. The Clinic is located in Lakeway Plaza and serves many individuals from Lakeway and surrounding communities that have no health insurance or medical assistance and are from lower income households and just don't have the means to get the proper health care treatment they need. The staff of the HVAC clinic are exclusively voluntary, with the staff including dentists, physicians, nurses, medical assistants and more. Dr Patel was able to see many patients on his last visit to the clinic and provided voluntary dental services to those in need. Dr Patel says, "I'm excited to be a part of this great clinic! I think it's so amazing that we have this clinic right here in our community and that through donations and volunteer efforts this clinic goes above and beyond to help those in need."
